The Moment Season 2

After a successful first season, "The Moment" is back for season 2. We invited some of tech’s most visionary leaders to Silicon Valley’s favorite garage to talk about leadership, disruption and AI. We also saw some stellar HP 3D printed putt-putt golf talent on display! Shoutout to HP CEO Enrique Lores, AMD CEO Lisa Su, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen, and HP board director Stacy Brown-Philpot for joining us in the garage!

The Ask

Building on the success of Season 1 of The Moment with Ryan Patel—an original video series created in partnership with HP—we shifted the focus for Season 2 to one of the most pressing topics in business today: Artificial Intelligence. To uphold the quality that defined Season 1, we once again collaborated with the production house, Tall Oak Creative and DP, Matthew Mayotte. With a lean budget, I took on dual roles as Assistant Director on set and Agency Producer to ensure seamless execution.

Working closely with Nicole Evatt, our talented director and writer, we developed the creative vision in partnership with the account team, Ryan Patel, and HP, crafting a truly standout series. To maximize value for our client, we added a behind-the-scenes camera operator and photographer, delivering extra content to extend the series’ reach.

Post-production was handled in-house by Edelman, with support from freelance talent for finishing. The total production and agency fee budget ranged between $200K - $300K, demonstrating a smart, efficient approach to producing high-quality content.

We delivered the following:

1 x Mini Episode Season 2 Preview  with Enrique Lores (2 min)
1 x Behind The Scenes Video (1 min)
1 x Season 2 Trailer
Several BTS photos and BTS video for additional social posts.

Season 2 came to life in the following ways: 
- Cross-promotion of videos on LinkedIn, company/employees social channels and host social channels.

- Fast, fun behind-the-scenes teasers on Instagram, X, and TikTok, driving to Youtube...we even made our own mini golf hole with an HP 3D printed putter!

- Targeted paid media on YouTube driving traffic to dedicated video playlist for business and tech enthusiasts...along with a Spotify podcast.

These are the results:
Total video views across social media& Youtube 3.7M+ (+338% increase compared to season one)

Total engagements on social: 43.7K (+209% increase compared to season one)

YouTube Paid View Rate: 70.47% (+194% increase compared to season one)

Our episodes were picked up in Business Insider, Tom's Hardware, Yahoo! News, PC Gamger, and more.
